Tips: Drinking Too Much

1) Pace yourself

Make sure you drink at your own pace – you won’t win any prizes by keeping up with your mates, you’re more likely to lose out on a great night. Set the example by opting out of rounds and drinking water alongside any alcohol you do drink.

2)Tangerine Peel 陈皮

Common Chinese herbs used to relieve digestive problems.

3) Ziziphus jujuba 酸枣仁

Digestion

When it comes to helping move things along in your stomach, jujube works in a dual capacity. Firstly, the saponins and triterpenoids found in it make sure that the nutrients from the food are sufficiently absorbed by your body. Secondly, its fiber content makes sure you have smooth and regular bowel movements. Thus, jujubes ensure that you are free from constipation, flatulence, bloating or any other digestive troubles.

4)Kudzu Root 葛根

Alcohol Intake

Kudzu extract may be helpful in reducing alcohol intake.
