Booking

What are TCM Home Service and Refresh Home Wellness?


Both are outcall services. TCM Home service : Services done by TCMBP registered Physcian or TCM qualified physician. Focus on TCM treatment ( acupuncture/ chinese herbs and pain management ) Refresh Home Wellness: Sevices done by TCM trained health manager or qualified masseur. Focus on relaxation and pain management.




How to book ?


Step 1 : "Refresh Home Wellness" or " TCM Home Service" Step 2 : Select Service Step 3 : Click " Request to Book" Step 4 : wait for confirmation e-mail / text.




I already have a package with your company ? How to book?


Please note that ALL outcall service surcharge is not included in the menu price. Outcall surcharge as - Peak hours (3:00 pm to 5:59 pm) $50
- Non-Peak hours (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm) $30 TCM Home Service Kindly indicate you have a package with us




I am concern about the hygiene and safety ...


Yes, we hear you! Our company has implement "Low Towels Rules" - We reduce usage of towels, however to home service we will be using customer's towels. besides, we also use 1. non woven disposible bed sheets. 2. all products are non sharable, 3. all TCM tools are disinfected with alcohol before use. 4. all acupunture needles are disposible. 5. hand sanitizer, before and after every treatment. Our company staffs: 1. all staffs are required to measure their body temperature before report to work . 2. staff will measure customer's body temperature before entering the customer's house. 3. staff will be wearing a light blue outcall service uniform. 4. staffs are not allowed to provide personal number to the client. Cancellation/ Rescheduling

How do i cancel or reschedule my appointment?


Cancellation: More than 24 hours cancellation - 100% refund more than 08hours cancellation - 50% refund more than 02 hours cancellation - 0% refund for Refresh members, the same amount worth of sessions will be deducted from your package for any cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 30-40 working days. Resceduling : If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours’ before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged $10.




What is the cancellation fee like?


Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment 24 hours’ before your time there is no cancellation fee and you will be refunded 100% of deposit. 08hours before meeting will be charged 50% of your deposit | 02 hours before meeting will be charged 100% of your deposit as cancellation fee. for Refresh members: If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be deducted session(s)/ hour(s)/ credit(s) per occurrence




Is there any rescheduling fee?


YES. If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours’ before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged $10. for Refresh member: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no rescheduling fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged $10.00 rescheduling fee per occurrence. Final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your rescheduled appointment.




What if I forget my appointment accidently?


This will be consider " No- Show" appoinment. A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount. Session amount is different than the price listed on our booking page. If a client accumulates 3 “No-shows”, he or she may be black listed.




What if I Accidently late for my appointment?


If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment. Refresh staff have the right to leave after the booking hour of appointment. For service extension, please check with the team . Minimum 30 mins.

I want to extend my treatment...


Yes, Check with the therapist schedule. Subject to availability.




How to make payment if I want to extend?


We do not accept cash payment. all payment must make via online or PayNow to the company's bank account. please contact us if you paid cash to our staffs - feedback@refresh.com.sg




Can i extend my treatment for my family member?


If you are extending the treatment behalf of your family members who are the one who receiving the treatment from the beginning, YES.

If you are extending the treatment to share with your family members, answer is NO.
one booking for one person. a person minimum booking is 60 mins.





Preparation

What should I prepare?


A nice and spacious space for full body massage. clean towels ( big and small) small stools ( small chair) for therapist to step on/ sit on pillow.




I have 2 dogs and a cat, is your therapist okay with my pets?


We love animals. Please inform us/ indicate when you make your appointmnet.





Staffs

How do I know if your staffs are from your company ?


For Refresh home wellness. Staffs will be wearing a light blue t shirt with our company logo.




Do you receive tips?


Tipping is not compulsory.
